Refund & Cancellation

Our Refund & Cancellation Policies are crafted with the motive of offering to you the optimum level of peace-of-mind even after you have placed an order for Online Training Program or Training at our Campus. Moreover, these policies aim at making the process of Refund & order Cancellation, transparent, streamlined and efficient for you as our prospective customers, as well as for us as the service provider.

Order Cancellation and Refund

You are advised to place your request for cancellation of an Online Training Program after you have made the payment, as soon as possible because- cancellation of an order for Online Training Program is done only before the activation of an account.

Note: We do not cancel an Online Training Program Order, once the account has been activated for the same, because after account activation the account holder will automatically get full access to all the features present on the website.

Cancellation of Training Program at any of our Centers would be done only within 48 hours of placing the order and making the payment.

Refund of the payment for the Training Program will take a minimum one weeks’ time.

The fund will be credited back to the credit/debit card used for making the payment and will affect the credit/debit card balance in accordance with the credit/debit card issuer's terms of service.

Refund Cancellation
